j1li Terms & Conditions

These Terms and Conditions (hereinafter "Agreement" or "Terms") constitute a legally binding contract between you (hereinafter "Player," "User," or "you") and j1li (hereinafter "j1li," "the Company," "we," "us," or "our"), the operator of the online gaming platform accessible at j1li.cam and all associated subdomains, mobile interfaces, and related services (collectively, the "Platform").

By accessing, browsing, registering for, or using any part of the j1li Platform, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be legally bound by this Agreement in its entirety, including all policies and guidelines incorporated herein by reference — including but not limited to the j1li Privacy Policy, Responsible Gaming Policy, and any applicable game-specific rules published on the Platform.

If you do not agree to any part of these Terms, you must immediately cease accessing and using the j1li Platform. Continued use of any service offered by j1li after any amendment to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Agreement.

Access to, and participation in, any gaming service offered by j1li is subject to the following eligibility requirements, all of which must be satisfied simultaneously and on a continuing basis:

• You must be at least twenty-one (21) years of age at the time of registration and at all subsequent times during which you maintain an active j1li account, in accordance with the Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation (PAGCOR) regulations and applicable Philippine law.
• You must be a natural person and not a corporation, trust, partnership, or other legal entity.
• You must not be a resident of, nor physically located in, any jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited by applicable law.
• You must not be an employee, contractor, director, officer, or immediate family member of j1li or any affiliate, subsidiary, game provider, or payment processing partner of j1li.
• You must have the full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under applicable Philippine law.
• You must not be registered on any self-exclusion program maintained by j1li or any recognized gambling self-exclusion authority operating in the Philippines.

j1li reserves the right to verify your eligibility at any point during the lifetime of your account. Failure to provide satisfactory verification documentation within a reasonable timeframe may result in account suspension pending further review.

Each eligible individual may hold only one (1) active account on the j1li Platform at any given time. Opening multiple accounts — whether under the same name, identity documents, device, IP address, payment method, or household — constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate suspension of all associated accounts and forfeiture of all balances therein.

When registering for a j1li account, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and current information, including but not limited to your:

• Full legal name as it appears on your government-issued Philippine identification document;
• Date of birth;
• Valid Philippine mobile number (Globe, Smart, or DITO);
• Current residential address within the Philippines;
• A valid email address accessible solely by you.

j1li implements a Know Your Customer (KYC) verification process consistent with Philippine Anti-Money Laundering Act (AMLA) requirements. You may be required to submit copies of one or more of the following documents: Philippine Passport, Driver's License, PhilSys National ID, SSS Card, UMID, or other government-issued photo identification. Proof of address and source of funds documentation may also be requested.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You must notify j1li immediately if you suspect unauthorized access to your account. j1li will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to protect your login information.

All monetary transactions on the j1li Platform are denominated exclusively in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱). j1li supports the following payment methods, subject to availability, applicable transaction limits, and any regulatory requirements in force at the time of the transaction: GCash, Maya (PayMaya), QR Ph, GrabPay, BPI Online, BDO Online, Metrobank Online Banking, 7-Eleven CLiQQ, InstaPay, and PesoNet.

Deposits: Funds deposited into your j1li account are credited upon confirmed receipt by j1li's payment processors. Minimum deposit amounts and any applicable transaction limits are displayed within your account's cashier section and may be updated from time to time. j1li does not charge platform fees on standard deposits; however, your payment service provider may impose its own charges for which j1li bears no responsibility.

Withdrawals: Withdrawal requests are subject to the completion of all applicable KYC verification requirements. Withdrawals will only be processed to a payment method that has been previously used for a deposit to the same j1li account, or as otherwise approved by j1li's compliance team. j1li targets processing of standard withdrawal requests to GCash and Maya within thirty (30) minutes of approval; however, this target is not a guaranteed service level and may be affected by circumstances beyond j1li's control.

Withdrawal Restrictions: j1li reserves the right to temporarily withhold withdrawal processing pending completion of identity verification, fraud investigations, or compliance reviews. Any funds found to be the proceeds of fraudulent activity, bonus abuse, or AMLA-flagged transactions may be withheld pending investigation and, where appropriate, reported to the relevant Philippine authorities.

Inactive accounts (no login activity for twelve (12) consecutive months or longer) may be subject to an administrative inactivity fee as disclosed in the j1li Fee Schedule published on the Platform.

j1li may offer various promotional incentives including but not limited to welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, referral rewards, and loyalty program credits (collectively, "Bonuses"). All Bonuses are subject to the following general conditions, in addition to any specific terms stated for each individual promotion:

• Bonuses are available to eligible Filipino players aged 21 and above with verified j1li accounts only, unless explicitly stated otherwise.
• Unless designated as "no-wagering," all Bonuses are subject to wagering requirements that must be fulfilled before any associated bonus funds or resulting winnings may be withdrawn. The applicable wagering multiplier and eligible games for each promotion are stated in that promotion's specific terms.
• Bonus funds must typically be wagered within a specified validity period. Bonus balances that expire before the wagering requirement is met will be automatically forfeited without notice.
• j1li reserves the right to void bonuses, associated winnings, or both, if there is evidence of bonus abuse, including but not limited to: low-risk betting strategies designed to circumvent wagering requirements, use of multiple accounts, or collusion between players.
• Only one promotional offer may be active at any one time unless the terms of a specific promotion explicitly state otherwise.
• j1li reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate any promotion at any time with reasonable notice to affected players.

All games offered on the j1li Platform are operated using certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology and/or live streams from regulated studios. The specific rules applicable to each game category are published within the game interface or in the j1li game rules section of the Platform. In the event of any conflict between game-specific rules and this Agreement, the game-specific rules shall prevail with respect to gameplay outcomes.

j1li sources its games from internationally accredited game providers. The published Return to Player (RTP) percentage for each game represents the theoretical long-term statistical payout and does not guarantee individual session outcomes. All game results are final upon completion of each game round, subject to the dispute resolution process set out in Section 12.

In the event of a software malfunction, disconnection during a game session, or technical error that disrupts normal gameplay, j1li reserves the right to void affected bets and return stakes to the affected player's account. Winnings credited as a result of a manifest software error or technical malfunction are not valid and will be reclaimed by j1li.

Players are solely responsible for ensuring they understand the rules and mechanics of any game before placing real-money bets. j1li provides demo (free-play) modes for most slot and table games for this purpose.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the j1li Platform and constitutes grounds for immediate account suspension and, where appropriate, civil or criminal referral to the relevant Philippine authorities:

• Opening multiple accounts or using another person's account;
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or KYC verification;
• Engaging in any form of collusion, match-fixing, chip dumping, or coordinated fraudulent play;
• Using automated bots, scripting tools, artificial intelligence, or any software that automates or assists gameplay in a manner that gives an unfair advantage;
• Exploiting software bugs, errors, or technical vulnerabilities — any such bugs must be reported to j1li support immediately;
• Engaging in credit card fraud, identity theft, money laundering, or any other financially illegal conduct in connection with your j1li account;
• Abusing the bonus system through low-risk hedging strategies, pattern betting, or any method designed to exploit promotional terms;
• Attempting to circumvent j1li's security systems, account restrictions, or geographic access controls;
• Posting, transmitting, or facilitating any abusive, harassing, defamatory, or illegal content through j1li's communication features.

j1li collects, processes, and stores your personal data in accordance with the Republic Act No. 10173 (Philippine Data Privacy Act of 2012) and its implementing rules and regulations. The manner in which j1li handles your personal information — including the categories of data collected, purposes of processing, retention periods, your data subject rights, and how to exercise them — is detailed in the j1li Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of this Agreement.

By registering for a j1li account, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data for the purposes described in the Privacy Policy, including identity verification, fraud prevention, anti-money-laundering compliance, service personalization, and communication of relevant promotional offers where you have opted to receive such communications.

j1li employs industry-standard security measures including 256-bit SSL/TLS encryption, two-factor authentication, and regular third-party security audits to protect the integrity and confidentiality of your personal and financial information.

All content on the j1li Platform — including but not limited to the j1li brand name, logo, trademarks, service marks, domain name, website design, graphics, user interface, text, software, game content licensed from third-party providers, and all other proprietary materials — is the exclusive intellectual property of j1li or its licensors and is protected by applicable Philippine and international intellectual property laws.

No content on the j1li Platform may be reproduced, distributed, modified, adapted, displayed, publicly performed, republished, or transmitted in any form or by any means without the prior written consent of j1li. Any unauthorized use of j1li's intellectual property constitutes infringement and may expose the infringing party to civil and criminal liability.

The grant of a j1li account does not convey to you any ownership interest in, or license to use, j1li's intellectual property beyond what is strictly necessary for your personal, non-commercial use of the Platform's gaming services.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, j1li, its officers, directors, employees, agents, suppliers, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, punitive, consequential, or exemplary damages arising out of or in connection with your use of — or inability to use — the j1li Platform, regardless of whether j1li has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

j1li does not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, secure, or free from viruses or other harmful components. The Platform and all gaming services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. j1li makes no representations or warranties of any kind, express or implied, regarding the fitness of the Platform for any particular purpose.

j1li's total cumulative liability to you for any claim arising from or related to this Agreement or your use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount of deposits made by you into your j1li account during the ninety (90) day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Nothing in this section shall operate to exclude or limit j1li's liability for death or personal injury caused by j1li's negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by law under the Philippine Civil Code or other applicable statutes.

j1li reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any j1li account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in circumstances including but not limited to:

• Breach of any provision of this Agreement;
• Suspected or confirmed fraudulent, illegal, or dishonest conduct;
• Failure to complete KYC verification within the stipulated timeframe;
• Regulatory direction or legal obligation to do so;
• Reasonable suspicion of problem gambling behavior warranting mandatory self-exclusion;
• Account inactivity exceeding twenty-four (24) consecutive months.

Upon legitimate account closure (i.e., closure not resulting from a breach by the Player), any verified, unencumbered balance remaining in the account will be returned to the Player via their registered payment method within a reasonable processing period.

You may close your j1li account at any time by contacting j1li support through the live chat feature in your account dashboard. Voluntary account closure does not affect any pending transactions, bonus wagering obligations, or ongoing dispute proceedings.

In the event of a dispute regarding any transaction, game outcome, account action, or interpretation of these Terms, you should in the first instance contact j1li's customer support team via the 24/7 live chat function in your account dashboard. j1li aims to resolve all disputes within five (5) business days of receipt of a complete written complaint.

If a dispute cannot be resolved through internal channels, you may escalate the matter to the relevant Philippine regulatory body in accordance with the rules and procedures applicable at the time of escalation.

This Agreement and all matters relating to your use of the j1li Platform shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. You irrevocably submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of competent jurisdiction in Makati City, Metro Manila, Philippines, for the resolution of any dispute not otherwise resolved through the above process.

j1li reserves the right to amend, update, or replace any part of these Terms at any time. Changes of material significance will be communicated to registered j1li account holders via the email address or Philippine mobile number registered to their account, or by a prominent notice displayed upon login to the j1li Platform, no fewer than seven (7) days before the amended Terms take effect.

Minor amendments — including corrections of typographical errors, clarificatory edits that do not change the substance of any provision, or changes required by applicable law with immediate effect — may be implemented without prior notice.

The most current version of these Terms will always be accessible at j1li.cam/terms-conditions. The effective date displayed at the top of this document reflects the date on which the most recent version came into force. Your continued use of the j1li Platform after any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

j1li is committed to promoting safe, responsible, and enjoyable gaming for all Filipino players on its Platform. Gambling is a form of entertainment and must not be viewed as a source of income, a solution to financial difficulties, or a means of recovering previous losses.

j1li provides the following responsible gaming tools, accessible directly from within your account dashboard at no charge:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly maximum deposit amounts to control your gambling expenditure;
